Please note that upon submitting your order, item(s) is/are reserved for you. Payment has to be made within 24hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us unless otherwise agreed upon.

All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

Legal actions will be taken against fraud cases. Please do not fake a payment.

All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable. We will try our best to price our items at affordable rates.

IMAGES

Please do not use any of our images without our permission or crediting us.

All our items are displayed as accurately as we can. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage.

We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 7 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

For items that are deem defected by us, we will have it exchange for the same item that is still instock, exchange it with another item (top-up required if item cost more) or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, we will not entertain any forms of refunds.
