ORDERING

To order, simply fill up the order form.

We will then send a confirmation email to confirm the availability of the item.

Payment has to be made within 24hours upon receiving the confirmation email unless otherwise agreed on.

PAYMENT

For local buyers, we accept:
- DBS/ POSB/ UOB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB/ UOB ATM transfer (snapshot of transaction receipt needed for verification purpose)
- Interbank transfer
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of 5% on top of any other charges)

For international buyers, we accept:
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of 5% on top of any other charges)

DELIVERY

All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.

LOCAL POSTAGE CHARGES:

Normal Mail: FREE (complimentary)
Registered Mail: SGD$2.25
Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.50 per design

Please allow 2-15days for parcel to reach you.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE CHARGES:

Postage charges varies according to location.
